Brandywine offers accessories for adhesive mixing and dispensing systems:
- Shrouds are used to prevent mixer wall expansion
- Luer Lock Adapters attach dispensing needles to static mixers
- Spreader Tips dispense "ribbon beads" of product
Static Mixer Shrouds
| Shrouds are used with static mixers on meter mix dispense (automated) machines. If a shroud is not used, the static mixer housing can expand under high pressure, allowing the adhesive components to bypass the elements causing improper mix ratios. Ribbon Spreader Tip
The Ribbon Spreader Tip applies a 1.5" bead of adhesives from special 3/8" x 20 or 24-element static mixers. The Ribbon Tip can rotate 360‘ for easy adhesive application. The Ribbon Tip and Ribbon Tip Mixer must be ordered separately.

Luer Lock Adapters
Luer Lock Adapters allow easy attachment of dispensing needles to static mixers, for precise application of two-component adhesives, allowing fine bead control and the ability to apply adhesives in difficult to reach areas. These Luer Lock Adapters easily self-thread onto the stepped end of the static mixer. Adapters fit most standard needles.
